DELIVERY & RETURNS


DELIVERY

Shipping costs will be added to your order.
- The shipping cost to Europe is 10€, free shipping over 100€.

With the exception of Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland.
- The shipping cost to Germany and Switzerland is10€, free shipping over 50€. 
- The shipping cost to Norway is 70 NOK, free shipping for orders over 999 NOK.
- The shipping cost to Denmark is 49 DDK, free shipping for orders over 499 DDK.
- The shipping cost to Sweden is 49 SEK, free shipping for orders over 450 SEK.

Unfortunately, due to Brexit related supply chain issues, we are unable to ship any orders to the UK at the moment. Please be assured we are working through these issues and will update you as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

After the order has been placed the package will be dispatched the same day or the next working day. The estimated delivery time will vary between different countries. We normally send your order with Postnord but it can vary depending on which country you live in. In countries outside of Sweden and the other northern countries we deliver your order with Fedex or the UPS.

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.


RETURNS

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However,  Bliz Eyewear will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. (*NOTE! Colorama is not returnable.)

*Every Colorama is customized after your specific order and can not be exchanged or returned. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if your product is specially designed. Should you still choose to return this product, you will pay the return shipping if you want us to send it to you again.

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the invoice.

Please follow these instructions for returns:

 

RETURNS - HOW TO
We have a 30 day return policy. In order to return an item please do the following:

  1. Securely package item(s) in the original packaging (including documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration, etc.)
  2. Fill out the return form on the packing slip and include it in the package.
  3. Send it to:

  4. Please use your preferred forwarder or post office when sending the package.
  5. When we have received your package we will refund you within a few days. No additional taxes or duties will be refunded.

Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.

 

Returns Norway
We have a 30 day return policy. In order to return an item please do the following:

  1. Fill in the questionnaire on the packing slip. Enter the reason for the return.
  2. Reset the product and all parts of the original packaging that you put in the box that the goods were delivered in. Tape carefully.
  3. Send it to: (Only for customers in Norway)

  4. Submit the package at your nearest post office. The cost for returning your package is not included in the purchasing price.

It is very important that the merchandise is sent back in the same condition you received it.
